student trainee (m/f)

Are you ready to move from paper reality to real world? To learn the tricks of the legal trade in the world of technology, media and communications? Advising clients, litigating and concluding contracts are skills you can acquire, so why not start your career at a firm that advises Internet whizz kids as well as multinationals (and clients of every size in between) in the fields of ICT and information law? You will not only get to know the library inside out but will also receive hands-on training from the SOLV lawyers in every aspect of their practice. You will meet clients, join our lawyers when they go to court or give lectures and help draft correspondence, litigation documents, contracts and legal opinions.

We are always on the lookout for smart student trainees either in the final stages of their studies at, or recently graduated from, university who would like to shadow our team for two months. Did you take courses on intellectual property, mass-media and information law, eCommerce and/or privacy and are you interested in a traineeship at SOLV? Send your application to Tomas Weermeijer, attaching in any event your CV and list of marks and, if applicable, earlier traineeship assessments.

Unsolicited job applications

Are you a brilliant lawyer with excellent academic results as well as a healthy entrepreneurial mindset? A legal mind who is passionate about ICT and information law, has a keen interest in technological gadgets and is full of ideas about the new legal profession? We look forward to giving you the space and opportunity to fully develop your skills, as a member of the SOLV team but preferably outside the prescribed lines and off the beaten tracks.

Please submit unsolicited applications (attaching a CV, list of marks and publications, if any) to Thomas van Essen.
